Business Development Center Manager

The Mission

As our Business Development Center Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a fast-moving customer contact operation—turning every ring, lead, and follow-up into real momentum for the dealership. This role exists to keep opportunities organized, conversations sharp, and customer experience on track across key profit centers.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise the team handling all inbound calls for sales, service, parts, and body shop
- Download, track, and act on manifests and opportunity lists
- Lead outbound prospecting, appointment recovery for no-shows, and CSI follow-up calls
- Coordinate customer updates on special-order parts, reminders, and recall campaigns
- Support service-drive outreach that creates test-drive opportunities

Required qualifications:
- 2–4 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual is a plus
