Serra Auto Campus is seeking a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for engaging with guests to schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments for maintenance and repair needs
Communicate with guests via phone, email, and text
Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely booking
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize scheduling efficiency
Route Sales inquiry calls to the appropriate department
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Rotating Saturday shifts shared among the team
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organized with attention to detail
Dealership experience highly preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and be trained
