REDCOM Design & Construction LLC is seeking a full-time Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. Don't miss out on the opportunity to make a competitive salary selling multi-million dollar design build construction projects. This role is customer service based and any Real Estate development knowledge is a HUGE plus. Candidates must be able to cultivate leads, build relationships, meet annual sales goals, sell construction agreements, and work well in a team environment. The position needs an expert closer to be the principal point of contact between REDCOM and our prospective customers. Person will get to work closely with some of the best Engineers, Architects and Project managers in New Jersey. Exceptional people skills, problem solving abilities and strategic critical thinking is a necessity.

Job Description Summary
Be an energetic & a quick learner. The individual must be comfortable with financial & mathematical calculations. Persistence and determination will be needed when closing arguments between clients and REDCOM's project team. This position will have tremendous amount of espouser when liaising with clients and tons of opportunities to sharpen sales skills. You will be working under the guidance of one of NJ's best salesperson with a staff to support your efforts.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree is required

Construction Experience a MUST

A Driver’s License is required

Must have Finance and Construction experience
