General Job Description
The Business Development Consultant is responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals through consultative sales techniques and great customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and obtaining new business clients.

Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
This position also requires a good working knowledge of computer software applications, up to and including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365. Employees will be expected to learn ESOP Partners’ proprietary software: ESOP Revolution.
Education/Experience:
• Associate degree in business, marketing, management, or another related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
• Valid Driver’s License
