Your Responsibilities

  Make outbound reminder calls to customers

  Generate customer appointments using a pre-provided list

  Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy

  Respond promptly to both phone and email inquiries

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers to helpful product information and online resources

  Ensure messages and inquiries are directed to the correct departments without delay

  
  

What We’re Looking For

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
