Key Responsibilities:

• Set appointment goals and objectives for the team in collaboration with management
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Present vehicle features, performance, and pricing with confidence
• Track results and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Ensure outstanding customer service and follow-up processes
• Scan, file, and maintain accurate digital and physical records
• Perform cashiering duties, including handling payments and processing transactions
• Support administrative functions as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

·        Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Highly organized with strong attention to detail

·        Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·        Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
