Job Description - Business Development Custom Software Solutions

RefureTech is a leader in ERP, WMS, and 3PL software, providing custom solutions to wholesalers, distributors, and supply chain businesses. We tailor advanced integrations to optimize inventory management and enhance operational efficiency. We seek a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales of custom software solutions for inventory management. This role involves extensive road travel to engage with clients across various regions. You will build relationships, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in wholesale, distribution, and logistics sectors.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients on-site, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding unique business challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor and implement custom solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in software or supply chain solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings and events.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP, WMS, or related systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Consultative sales approach and ability to provide tailored client solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Reliable commute to Monsey, NY.

Compensation and Benefits
