Business Development Executive

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire new distribution partners, Key accounts.
  
  


• Follow the management strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base.
  
  


• Strengthen the overall distributor network and ensure optimum width and depth of distribution.
  
  


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities category wise, market research, networking & Lead generation.
  
  


• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  
  


• Present and promote CCIL products to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Branch, Commercials) to ensure client needs are met.
  
  


• Track and report on sales performance, leads, and business development activities.
  
  


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of distributor appointments and management.
  
  


• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  
  


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
  


• Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM tools.
