Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) on CPT or OPT status who is interested in building a career in US IT Staffing and Business Development. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented individual with confident communication skills and a passion for client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in US IT staffing.
- Research and connect with potential clients, vendors, and partners.
- Reach out to hiring managers and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track leads and conversions.
- Meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Maintain CRM records and activity reports.

Required Skills

- CPT or OPT authorization in the USA.
- Strong verbal and written English communication (Must Have).
- Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and email outreach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Strong work ethic and high commitment level.
- Basic understanding of IT staffing or a willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior internship or experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing.
- Knowledge of the US staffing and IT hiring market.
