Job Description And Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with the operation team to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from clients and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders in China

Qualifications and Requirement 

• Master's degree in Finance/ Business Administration or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients effectively
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to Analyze market trends and customer needs
• Flexible to travel to client location 
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Bilingual Chinese required
