Primary Responsibilities

  Engage with inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and CRM.

  Deliver clear, professional, and engaging communication to convert leads into opportunities.

  Support the sales team with appointment setting and pipeline management.

  Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  Maintain accurate CRM reporting and activity tracking.
