Our client, a prominent consulting company, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales process. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging digital marketing channels to generate leads and close sales. A deep understanding of project management services and the ability to communicate their value to clients is essential. The Business Development Lead will collaborate closely with our training and consulting teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and client expectations.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with HEBO Consultâs long-term goals, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead meetings with prospective clients, and tailor presentations to meet client objectives.
Manage leads from multiple channelsâincluding inbound inquiries, social media campaigns, website registrations, and referralsâand ensure high conversion rates through effective follow-up.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiation and closing, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine the business development strategy.
Work with training and consulting teams to market services effectively and provide feedback on client needs and market trends.
Mentor entry-level staff as the business grows, building a strong sales team capable of contributing to the companyâs success.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications in sales or project management are advantageous.
Proven track record of 3 to 5 years as a Business Development Lead, Sales Executive, or similar role. Experience in consulting or training, especially in project management, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to run campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Solid understanding of the project management industry and the ability to identify and leverage market trends
