Due to continued expansion, our client is hiring for a Business Development Leader job for their Kansas City, MO, location. Focused on the development and expansion of their client base in the region and nationally within the aviation sector. Offering a salary of up to $250,000 plus extensive benefits. Relocation support can also be considered within the USA.

The position is available in several locations including Kansas City, MO, Denver, CO, and Los Angeles, CA.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify business development opportunities within the region and nationallyNurture and expand upon existing client relationshipsSupport and lead initiatives to secure projectsWork with senior leadership to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and growth/profitabilityNetworking and attending conferencesWork with marketing to establish and develop materials.
Required Skills & Experience
Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Engineering, or similar; masters degree desirable15+ years of industry experience in aviationStrong connections and proven background with business development in the aviation sectorExcellent client-facing skillsAbility to travel when required.
