BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL SALES
Position type: Full-time/Direct Hire
Location: REMOTE

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL SALES
REGIONALLY REMOTE- PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE,

drivable or flyable to Exton PA. They would ideally like someone local but will hire remote if necessary.
Salary- $80k + Bonus (Total comp can be as high as $137k)
MUST have Electrical/ Safety sales experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures and safety requirements of our customers.
Vigorously identify, qualify, pursue, and close business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Engage with various stakeholders in the Healthcare System Maintenance ecosystem.
Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools for lead generation and customer interaction.
Report weekly on sales activities, keeping the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
Ability to gain support from colleagues across teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Document activity in a timely and accurate manner in CRM.

Requirements

3 years’ experience in a sales or business development role as an electrical manufacturer providing equipment into the healthcare (Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Center, etc.) or critical infrastructure segments.
4-year degree from accredited institution
Powerful desire to develop new business
Experience navigating a matrixed organization
Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Must be experienced with Microsoft Office tools and CRM tools
Familiarity with the function and usage of basic low voltage electrical distribution equipment
Experience working with and through a third-party representative network preferred
Some knowledge of the electrical construction industry and electrical grounding principles preferred

Must be able to employ critical thinking to problems within a dynamic work environment.
Must be meticulous with details.
Must meet deadlines and must be able to effectively manage multiple activities.
Possess confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
High energy / motivated personality.
