About the Role:
A healthcare company in the Cleveland area is hiring its first dedicated marketer to own client acquisition from the ground up. This role builds referral relationships with schools, preschools, medical practices, and mental health agencies, turning those relationships into a steady flow of new families. The position is boots-on-the-ground, with real autonomy and compensation that rewards results.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Network Development

• Build and maintain relationships with preschools, schools, physicians, and mental health agencies


• Work from an existing research list of local providers and preschool locations


• Represent the organization at schools and community settings as a polished, trustworthy presence

Client Acquisition

• Generate new client inquiries and convert them into enrolled families


• Communicate how the services complement existing school and clinical support rather than compete with it


• Bring in families whose children are served at the facility or at home

Growth & Reporting

• Work directly with ownership to grow the client base at a steady, sustainable pace


• Take ownership of results as the company's first dedicated marketing hire

Qualifications

• Driven, presentable, and able to build trust with parents and referral partners


• Strong relationship-building skills, especially with schools


• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and a results-based structure


• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate


• Based in or near Cleveland, OH
