We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team! You will be responsible for both managing an established book of business and developing new logos in the Greater Boston Area, from early start-ups to large healthcare organizations.
You Are (or You Have):
An appetite for initiative-taking and outbound sales prospecting.
A strong ability to uncover and address prospects pain points.
A successful record hitting sales goals.
Trainable and coachable.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Account Executive Responsibilities
Developing strong relationships and expanding our business with existing customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Identifying potential new customers through various channels such as outbound phone calls, networking, referrals, and social media.
Qualifying inbound leads to determine their potential as customers.
Cultivating relationships with prospects and existing customers to establish credibility, trust, and understand their needs.
Demonstrating how services can meet the needs of customers and prospects and provide relevant information to help them make informed purchase decisions.
Addressing concerns and objections raised by customers and prospects to alleviate doubts and move the sales process forward.
Negotiating terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers and prospects.
Successfully close deals by obtaining commitments and finalizing transactions.
Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or other tools.
Staying informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position products or services in the market.
Working towards and achieving sales targets and quotas.
Collaborating with marketing, operations, and other departments to align strategies and support overall business objectives.
Continuously improving sales skills through training, workshops, and self-study to stay competitive in the field.
Providing feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and product enhancements to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
3+ years outside sales experience, in the transportation or healthcare industry a plus
An associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
