Job Description - Business Development Manager


Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for growth?
Do you love commercial cleaning and facility services?

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts and drive expansion across Manhattan and Northern New Jersey. This is your chance to take the lead in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and making a measurable impact in the fast-paced security and building maintenance industry.


What You’ll Do
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas through new business acquisition
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Develop and execute a strategic target account plan
  • Conduct client qualification and needs assessments
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and service demonstrations
  • Sell value-driven, consultative solutions
  • Partner with marketing to coordinate sales initiatives
  • Negotiate pricing and position services competitively in the market
  • Engage with prospects via in-person meetings and phone outreach
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases.


What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales success in the commercial cleaning industry (a must!)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong track record in identifying, engaging, and closing new business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic, driven by results and client satisfaction
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Hubspot)
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region
