We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and staffing/recruitment industry knowledge. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping our market presence and driving revenue.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with employers across multiple sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to deliver workforce solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate client contracts, terms, and pricing in alignment with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing/recruitment industry.
Strong network of client relationships is a plus.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
