Job Description - Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and staffing/recruitment industry knowledge. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping our market presence and driving revenue.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with employers across multiple sectors.




  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.




  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.




  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to deliver workforce solutions tailored to client needs.




  • Negotiate client contracts, terms, and pricing in alignment with company goals.




  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.




  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).




  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing/recruitment industry.




  • Strong network of client relationships is a plus.




  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
