We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s equal parts hunter and relationship strategist. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s a chance to be a trusted advisor to our dealer partners, drive revenue, and shape a high-impact sales territory with your own strategic vision.

What You’ll Do



  • Build Powerful Partnerships: Strengthen and grow dealer relationships through trust, collaboration, and smart sales guidance.

  • Drive Revenue: Use innovative programs, promotions, tools, and tech to help your dealers hit new heights.

  • Hunt for Growth: Prospect new business, close deals, and expand our presence across your territory.

  • Lead with Strategy: Manage your territory like a business—set goals, analyze performance, and execute with precision.

  • Champion the Brand: Represent Hunter Douglas with professionalism and product expertise through dealer training, merchandising, and promotions.

  • Leverage Tech: Use Salesforce, Sales Analytics, Highspot, M365, and more to track performance and stay ahead of the curve.


What You Bring



  • A proven track record of a minimum of three years in B2B and/or B2C sales—dealer network experience is a plus.

  • Cut to the front of the line if you have a thorough knowledge of Hunter Douglas Window Covering Products.

  • High energy, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A knack for translating data into sales strategies.

  • Comfort navigating both autonomy and collaboration in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
