Two years ago, we created a contract staffing business that has grown our organization exponentially. Our staffing services include Nursing, Medical Technologists, Medical Assistants, and other medical positions as warranted by our clients.

We are now looking to grow our Sales Team, and we are hiring a Business Development Manager to further expand our services within your area of the U.S. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a great company with no limit on your career advancement or your earning potential!

At CERCA Talent, we are looking for an individual with outside sales experience in the

medical staffing industry , a natural headhunter, and a self-starter who can influence the company with their creative input!

That's Nice, But What's the Job?

· Identify lead clients in your area.
· Represent the company professionally and positively, resulting in repeat business and customer service.
· Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations.
· Communicate with customers/clients to understand and resolve needs.
· Establish new accounts by making daily outbound calls, Zoom meetings, or face-to-face interactions with potential sales outlets.

There's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. We're looking for an optimist with grit and determination who is excited to face the challenges along the way and grow into a successful Business Development Manager.
