Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager for Corporate and Experiential Events, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships and secure sales opportunities across our portfolio of events, including product launches, corporate activations and events, exhibitor booths, keynote adresses, public art initiatives, custom projects, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and experiential events industry.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceed client expectations.
-Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
-Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
-Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the events industry.
-Strong network of contacts and relationships within the corporate and experiential events community.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
-Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
-Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
