The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the sports industry, demonstrating exceptional networking and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will be able to handle multiple priorities and involved with many facets of the company, including:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to enhance business growth and market penetration. Partnership Development: Forge strong relationships with key industry players (e.g., professional sports teams, professional sports leagues, universities, etc.) and negotiate strategic partnerships that align with our business goals. Market Expansion: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and generate new business opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and client relations to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Qualifications : Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field. Sales Expertise: 5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop successful business strategies. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Passion for Sports : A deep passion for and understanding of the professional sports landscape.
