Job Description - Business Development Manager
Donor Concierg e is seeking an energetic
Business Development Manager
to help drive revenue and grow the business. The successful candidate will maintain existing relationships with our industry partners, attract new partners and build solid relationships with them. Other duties will include developing sales presentations, managing multiple projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work across the organization and report to the President.
The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to promote our products. A background in sales or marketing is required.
What You’ll Do
Understand the company's vision and mission and work to accomplish set goals and objectives
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing relationships
Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
Draft sales presentations, reference material, and other marketing documents as required
Represent company at industry events & conferences
Identify new business opportunities and partners
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree minimum
5 years relevant work experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the fertility clinic industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Strong organization and project management skills
Self-starter. Friendly and personable demeanor.
Proficient in CRM Management software, Google G-suite, Powerpoint and other presentation software
Remote work but must be available to travel up to 50%
