Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Climeaction in Boston, MA. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting our services to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of Energy, Carbon, and ESG solutions
Knowledge of sustainability practices and trends
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the renewable energy or environmental sector is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
