What Youâll Do
Prospect, engage, and close new clients (labs, hospitals, and health systems).
Negotiate contracts, respond to RFPs, and secure MSA agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Lab Directors, HR, and Vendor Managers.
Collaborate with recruiters and credentialing teams to deliver staffing solutions.
Track and report on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.
What Weâre Looking For
3+ years of sales or business development in healthcare staffing, laboratory services, or healthcare B2B.
Strong track record of client acquisition and contract negotiation.
Knowledge of hospital labs, diagnostic testing, or healthcare staffing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus.
Bachelorâs degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
