Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts within the property management sector. The primary focus of this role is to identify potential property managers, engage with them, generate leads, and convert these leads into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and research property management companies that could benefit from our accounting services. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

  • Reach out to identified prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, and social media. Present our value proposition and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. Negotiate terms and agreements that align with company goals while meeting client needs.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers. Understand their challenges and position our services as the ideal solution.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to refine our outreach strategies and service offerings.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment in client acquisition strategies and service delivery.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs. Adjust tactics as necessary to achieve targets.







Requirements

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the property management or accounting services sector.

  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and closing deals.

  • Strong understanding of property management operations and financial requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
