Emerald Zebra Recruitment Agency, on behalf of our client - a leading specialist investment manager - is seeking two Business Development Managers to join their team in Nicosia and Limassol. These high-caliber roles require professionals with an accounting, tax, or corporate legal background, coupled with an entrepreneurial outlook and a strong network within Cyprus.

A well-networked accounting, tax, banking, and corporate legal professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and a deep understanding of corporate finance, taxation, investment management and corporate law. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, motivational, analytical, entrepreneurial, committed to excellence by striving for the best results.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the firm's corporate and investment management services to high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporates. You will represent the firm at conferences, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth in assets under management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with investors, intermediaries, and corporate partners.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Promote the firm's services via presentations, events, and conferences.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with firms generating regular investor leads.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in banking, accounting, tax, or corporate legal fields with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
• Qualified Accountant or Tax Specialist or Qualified Corporate Lawyer.  
• Deep understanding of Cyprus legislation and expertise in investment management, corporates services, real estate, or corporate law.
• Strong network of corporate connections and high-net-worth individuals in Cyprus and internationally.
• 5+ years' experience. Must have operated in the Cyprus market for at least 2 years. 
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
• Languages: English, Greek. Russian desirable.
