About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with experience in the payments industry to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, build and grow your own pipeline, close new business opportunities, and help expand our presence in key markets while representing the company at industry events.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Source and assess potential clients, negotiate agreements, and successfully close deals while ensuring consistent progress throughout the sales cycle.
Understand client payment needs and deliver tailored presentations and product demos that clearly showcase the value of the company.
Consistently meet the sales targets by effectively managing your pipeline and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Represent the company at key national and international events to build relationships, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client journey from initial lead generation through to post-sale support.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates, highlighting results, insights, and areas for improvement.
Maintain adherence to organizational security policies and procedures.
Ensure proper handling of confidential and internal data.
Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in payments across the EU, GCC, and Israel, in a role such as BDR, Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar.
Proven track record in the payments/SaaS space, with strong industry network and contacts, and in-depth knowledge of payment processing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, events, and conferences.
Fluent in English; Russian would be an advantage.
Experience in the iGaming industry and/or in a partnership role at an acquirer would be an advantage.
