Business Development Manager

Job Locations: Dallas, New York City, San Jose

This position is responsible for carrier and strategic customer data solution sales. This includes promoting China Unicom Americas products and services and building relationships with new and existing customers. The candidate must identify and work on sales opportunities independently and proactively.

Major Job Duties

Achieve assigned sales completion rate; execute team's business development strategies.

Responsible for project income collection management and reducing project financial risks.

Regarding business development needs, communicate and coordinate with all levels at CUA and CUG regarding prices, processes, resources, products, etc.

Improve the team's operating efficiency.

Complete special projects assigned.

Assist with team assignments.

Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal functions

Participate in team projects

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields

Microsoft Office Skills

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Project management skills

Software skills

Good knowledge of international telecom market trends and technology

Strong business sense and industry knowledge are required. Strategic thinking to explore potential business

Strong collaboration & teamwork

Ability to work independently and react quickly to customer requirement changes

Ability to manage the business cycle and close deals in a dynamic setting

Strong drive to achieve results with enthusiasm and energy

Verbal and written in both English and Mandarin
