Business Development Manager- Healthcare (BDM-HC)

Position Summary
The Business Development Manager- Healthcare (BDM-HC) is responsible for driving new business development, growing strategic client relationships, and expanding revenue within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on prospecting, consultative selling, and identifying opportunities that align with the client's branding and promotional marketing goals.
The BDM partners closely with an assigned Account Manager (AM) to ensure a seamless customer experience. While the AM manages day-to-day account servicing and order execution, the BDM maintains ownership of relationship development, strategic growth initiatives, and revenue expansion. Together, the BDM and AM are responsible for achieving a minimum of $1 million in combined annual sales while delivering exceptional service that reflects Brandability's commitment to excellence.
