Business Development Manager (Hybrid to Central Scottsdale, AZ Branch)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and growing business foundations within a divisional area. This position is also responsible for the deployment of divisional ideas, and platforms found to be successful within a certain market, and drive consistency to all managers within divisional territory. BDM will help support Divisional Managers with staffing sales, making business relationships, to meet the demands of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes and implements a marketing strategy for the designated territory in line with company objectives.
• Shares ideas throughout Division, of new marketing concepts, recruiting, and competitive intel
• Recruits, trains and develops Loan officers in a specific region.
• Attends industry related conventions and trade shows as needed.
• Plans and organizes regular meetings with sales and operations team.
• Creates and maintains a social media platform. i.e. LinkedIn, and stays on top of shifting market technologies
• Establish and develop relationships with the local Realtors, Brokers and Financial Planners.
• Supports specific division, including DSM, ASM, BM, SM and Loan officers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Marketing Background
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: 

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

COMPENSATION: CMG pays a competitive hourly/salary range which ranges from $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 plus bonuses.
