Who You’ll Work With
The best and brightest tradespeople, virtual design, pre-fabrication, and project team members work at Stansell Electric. This position resides in our Industrial and Commercial team; focused on large-scale industrial (water, wastewater, & warehouses) and commercial high-rise buildings.
About the Position
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of construction opportunities. This role is primarily market-facing, focused on identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through relationship development, strategic networking, and targeted pursuit efforts.
The Business Development Manager partners with internal operations teams to support project pursuits but does not own estimating or project strategy development. Success is measured by building a sustainable pipeline, deepening client relationships, and consistently converting opportunities into profitable, awarded projects.
