Business Development Manager in Austin

In this high-impact sales role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, securing job orders, and building strong client relationships across a variety of industries. 🔹 Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships to drive job order generation


• Market temporary and direct hire staffing services via calls, visits, networking, and community events


• Partner with Staffing Supervisors to ensure client needs are met with quality candidate placements


• Represent L.K. Jordan at job fairs and local events to promote services


• Deliver weekly and monthly marketing activity to drive consistent pipeline growth


• Operate with high integrity and professionalism to promote our brand

🔹 What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of proven business development, B2B sales, or staffing industry experience


• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Highly motivated, goal-focused, and comfortable working independently


• Ability to work in the field daily and return to the office by 4:00 PM


• Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
