Business Development Manager - Property Claims

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager – Property Claims. Based in Nashville, TN, the role involves some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of the property claims department. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing business development strategies, collaborating with legal teams, and representing the firm at industry events and meetings.

• Prior experience in the property insurance industry preferred
• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience with Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
• Knowledge of Property Claims and Insurance law
• Proficiency in CRM and Business Development Tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field
• Experience in the legal or insurance industry is preferred
