Urban Infraconstruction is looking for aBusiness Development Director to join ourBusiness Development Department.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth goals in the Texas market.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including developers, municipalities, public agencies, engineers, and industrial clients.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities across heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, and data center infrastructure sectors.
Lead pursuit strategy including opportunity qualification, client engagement, competitive positioning, and teaming strategies.
Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to support proposals, presentations, and project capture efforts.
Develop and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools, while providing regular reporting and revenue forecasts to leadership.
Represent the company at industry events and strengthen partnerships with contractors, engineering firms, and strategic partners.
Qualifications
5+ years of business development experience in heavy civil construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
Established network and relationships with owners, engineers, developers, or public agencies in Texas.
Proven ability to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and contribute to winning major infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of construction delivery methods including hard bid, negotiated, design-build, and CMAR.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as required.
