JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSBILITIES

  • Direct sales in the IT staffing industry including prospecting, cold calling, generating leads and client presentations within a professional business to business sales.
  • Win new accounts/logos using 'Top Down' networking approach. Maintaining, and growing existing accounts/logos.
  • Ability to establish, develop and build relationships at all levels, including technical, business, and Executive leadership.
  • Develop Tier 1 (C-Level executives), Tier 2 (Executive Vice President, Vice President, Executive Director, Senior Director, Director Level) relationships.
  • Target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers through CRM activities.
  • Attend conferences, social events, trade shows, seminars, networking events to generate prospects and convert them into leads and revenues.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Should be Efficient in identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities at both new and existing clients.
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Develops strong relationships with our clients' hiring managers by understanding their business and staffing needs, and ensuring we are meeting their expectations.
  • Sets up discovery calls to analyze client needs and to make staffing recommendations.
  • Relationship building with decision makers to gather the necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants.
  • Disburses requisition information to the recruiters using our applicant tracking system and our collaboration tools.
  • Maintain regular communication with new clients to foster and maintain meaningful relationship and actively invest in customer success.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be a hunter, accustomed to developing and closing new business.
  • Must have driven and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Outgoing personality and the ability to engage prospects easily over the phone, in email, and over social media, as well as onsite.
  • Experience that includes client relationship management, account growth/business development.
  • Must have broad technical knowledge with IT terminology and culture.
  • A hunger to drive and deliver on new business sales targets.
  • Experience in using CRM software's for optimized sales & marketing.
  • Proven ability to obtain, understand, and leverage market intelligence in the design of strategies to target and establish new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact in a respectful manner with a diverse population of colleagues, clients, and job applicants; leverage active listening skills and pay attention to cues from reading your audience.
  • Proven communication skills; able to convey one's message in a clear, concise, and professional manner, considering one's audience, in all forms of media (i.e., voicemail, phone, email, face-to-face) and handle conflicts and disagreements constructively.
  • Proficient multi-tasking capabilities; able to prioritize multiple client job requisitions, software, and business processes while remaining compliant with policies and delivering against deadlines.
