About the Opportunity

Kura Home Maintenance is the Twin Cities leader in air-duct cleaning, dryer-vent cleaning and full-service home-care plans. We are expanding in our home market and need a relationship builder who can turn partnerships with HVAC contractors, property managers, real-estate brokers and other service providers into a steady stream of referred revenue. nextdoor.comYelp

What You Will Do

• Identify high-value partner businesses within an hour of Golden Valley MN
• Book face-to-face and virtual meetings, present our services and negotiate referral agreements
• Nurture relationships through regular check-ins, joint marketing ideas and prompt follow-up on every lead
• Track all activity and pipeline progress in our CRM
• Report weekly wins, challenges and market feedback to the leadership team

What Success Looks Like

• Signed referral agreements with at least three new HVAC or related service companies in your first ninety days
• A growing pipeline that delivers consistent monthly referred revenue to Kura Home
• Strong partner satisfaction that results in repeat and expanded referrals

What We Offer

• 100 percent commission pay structure
  – Average first-year earnings potential of 60 000 dollars plus, with no cap
  – Commission is paid on every closed sale generated through your partners
• Flexible schedule and work-from-anywhere field model within a sixty-minute drive of Golden Valley

You Are

• A natural networker who enjoys meeting new people and creating win-win partnerships
• Experienced in outside sales, business development or account management (2 plus years preferred)
• Knowledgeable about home-services, HVAC or related trades, or eager to learn quickly
• Able to work independently, set goals and hold yourself accountable
• Based in or near ZIP 55422 and willing to travel across the Twin Cities metro on a daily basis
