Position Overview

Desort is expanding our national footprint and seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Business Development Partner to accelerate our growth across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives in a performance‑driven environment and excels at building long‑term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, grow, nurture, and build a high‑value client portfolio
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers
• Expand and strengthen Desort’s national network
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and authority

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment experience required (agency or in‑house)
• Sales experience required
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
