Business Development Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Recruiter to join our May training academy!

At Spencer Ogden, we help the world's most prestigious companies solve their talent challenges! We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team and deliver a first-class service to our clients. This person would help with Business Development assisting with developing clients, as well as recruiting candidates to fill positions!

Responsibilities:Offering team guidance and support with the sourcing and matching of available candidatesPitching candidates to clients with confidence over the phone, gaining interviews for candidates based on recommendationDevelop a pool of senior candidates (passive and active) through networking and headhunting, developing relationships with these candidatesTaking effective job specifications from clients, gaining commitment and understanding of what type of candidate they are looking for on more than a skills levelScreening candidates over the phone, assessing information on skills and experience while also assessing competency and motivationMatching candidates to client vacancies, submitting suitable candidates in line with Company process maintaining good cv to interview ratiosWriting persuasive ad copy and broadcasting adverts to attract a good calibre of candidateDealing with response and inquiries, assessing potential candidatesArranging interviews for candidates with client, providing detailed information to both parties
