Job Summary: 


Expectations for this role are to be in person 5 days a week in Nashville by the end of Feb. 2025. As a Business Development Representative, your job will be to start relationships with building owners by exclusively cold calling and direct emailing from the office. You will be working alongside a brand new team of BDRs to have complex conversations with business owners and coordinate solutions that clients genuinely appreciate. You aren’t selling widgets — you’re selling services that drive significant value to both our clients and HailSolve.


This is an in-person position working out of HailSolve's beautiful office on Music Row, nestled between record labels and restaurants. While we are rapidly growing and take pride in our work ethic, we also understand the importance of personal/family time. Key Responsibilities:




  • Outbound Outreach: 

  • From the HailSolve Office in person, conduct outbound cold calls and emails to generate interest in our products/services

  • Effectively articulate our value proposition to decision-makers

  • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns 

  • Develop deep understanding of needs and pain points for prospects 




  • Cross Team Collaboration: 

  • Ensure accurate tracking of all outreach activities and follow-ups for visibility

  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads

  • Work closely with account managers to schedule and prepare for meetings

  • Facilitate smooth transition of leads into the restoration process

  • Share market insights and prospect feedback with the broader team




  • CRM Management: 

  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system

  • Track all interactions, lead status, and progress towards goals

  • Utilize SalesForce and SalesEngagement tools effectively




  •  Performance Metrics: 

  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads generation

  • Track and report on outreach activities and conversion rates

  • Maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of outbound cold calling experience required

  • Located in Nashville, with an expectation to be in-office 5 days a week starting in February

  • Strong experience in outbound sales via cold calling and email contacts  

  • Lead generation and business development within commercial roofing, commercial insurance and construction industry preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce and SalesEngagement

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

  • Out of state candidates must be available to start working onsite in February
