Job Description - Business Development Representative

SERVPRO Team Greenway is looking for someone who wants to continue their success with a growing company and who enjoys building relationships.  



As the Business Development Representative you will promote and sell SERVPRO services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic business development process to identify new commercial prospects and cultivate relationships. A Business Development Representative will monitor loss activities to generate work from commercial opportunities and provide clear communication and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.



Primary Responsibilities



  • Establishing and maintaining relationships between large business development partners and key associations.

  • Engagement in one-to-one relationships and establishment of brand awareness.

  • Establish lead qualification for potential commercial projects.

  • Provide and execute storm responses for commercial clients.

  • Assist with program implementation for all new commercial clients.

  • Maximize account opportunities (leads, jobs, and revenue) by commercial clients.



Education and Experience Requirements



  • Demonstration of Success

  • Reliable and hard working

  • Personable and able to build strong relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similarly related field is preferred.

  • A minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience

  • Experience with sales and marketing with an emphasis on the commercial development sector.  

  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired.

  • Working knowledge of business software technologies is preferable.
