Job Description - Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative - Commercial and Residential 

We're looking for dynamic Business Development Representatives to be key drivers of our continued success in both the residential and commercial sectors! Your mission? To ignite revenue growth by selling our premier services and products directly to homeowners and business owners in their respective environments. You'll be a trusted advisor, building rapport and exceeding baseline sales targets, all while keeping a laser focus on the customer experience. This role demands a true professional – someone with ethical fire, killer sales instincts, and a relentless results-driven mindset ready to expand our market footprint and ensure every client is a satisfied customer!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about industry trends, understand client needs in both residential and commercial sectors, and master emerging sales techniques.!
  • Sales Driven and A Team Player: Play a vital role in mentoring and inspiring Plumbing Technicians to maximize opportunities to sell projects. Thrive on sharing your in-depth knowledge with technicians so they can provide excellent service to the customer.
  • Trustworthy, Reliable And Lead With Integrity: Display humility and respect for customers and colleagues and are reliable by being honest and professional in communication and follow-through. Display confidence and are available to mentor and challenge Plumbing Technicians with humility.  
  • Professional in Attitude and Appearance: Take pride in ensuring the client has a positive experience, and that matters not just in communication but in how you present yourself. Know that first impressions matter and always have that in mind when representing the company's values.  

What We Need From You:

  • 1+ year of experience in the service and repair industry highly preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in the service and repair industry highly preferred, drain cleaning experience 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the service and repair industry required  
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales and customer service in the service and repair industry highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, drains, water lines, and gas lines preferred.
  • Water restoration experience is a huge plus
  • HVAC commercial and residential sales experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience with field service management software, ServiceTitan preferred.
  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen required.
  • Ability to perform duties such as climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 60lbs a must.
