Service Business Development Representative (BDR) – Shults Ford Lincoln

What You’ll Do:



  • Answering inbound calls to schedule In-Store, Pick-up & Delivery, or Mobile Service appointments.

  • Making outbound calls to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.

  • Reaching out to recent vehicle buyers to promote and schedule their first service visit.

  • Educating customers on their service options and guiding them toward the best fit.

  • Working with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Keeping accurate records and generating daily reports on calls, appointments, and follow-ups.


What We’re Looking For:



  • Experience in customer service or sales—automotive background is a plus!

  • A friendly, professional phone manner with top-notch communication skills.

  • Comfort using CRM tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.

  • Detail-oriented and organized—able to juggle tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, customer-first attitude with strong follow-through.


Work Environment:



  • This is an on-site position within the Service BDC (Business Development Center).

  • Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed during busy periods.

  • You’ll work closely with a supportive team of service professionals.
