Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. This onsite role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through market analysis and lead generation activities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person follow-ups to introduce company services
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or presentations for senior sales or management teams
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align outreach strategies
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
Ability to work effectively in an onsite, team-based environment
