As a Community Outreach Sales Associate, you will play a key role in connecting people to life-changing care while building a successful, long-term career in a high-impact, relationship-driven role.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a territory of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations
Build strong, consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
Drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach
Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization within your market
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred High School Diploma Required
Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required
Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards

Associate level starting at $75,000+ base salary
Coordinator level starting at $88,000+ base salary
