About the Role

Property Medics of Georgia specializes in water, fire, and mold mitigation, contents cleaning, and reconstruction services.

We are growing our Business Development team and looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional who can help expand our referral network and generate new business opportunities.

This is a field-based relationship development role. Success comes from building genuine relationships with referral partners, earning trust, generating referrals, and developing those relationships into long-term producing partnerships.

Previous experience in restoration or a related referral-driven industry is strongly preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop high-value referral partners throughout your territory. 
• Build relationships with plumbers, insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, and other strategic referral sources. 
• Prospect consistently through in-person visits, phone calls, networking, events, and other      relationship-building activities. 
• Turn new contacts into meaningful conversations, first referrals, and long-term producing relationships. 
• Maintain and grow existing referral relationships while identifying opportunities to expand relationships across organizations. 
• Represent Property Medics professionally in the community and at industry events. 
• Maintain accurate activity, relationship, and opportunity information in the company's CRM. 
• Work closely with leadership and operations to ensure referral partners and customers receive an exceptional experience.

• Comfortable walking into businesses, starting conversations, and developing relationships from scratch. 
• Organized and accountable with strong follow-up habits. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Coachable, adaptable, and willing to continuously improve. 
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. 
• Previous Business Development, outside sales, account development, or relationship-based sales experience preferred. 
• Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, insurance, plumbing, property management, or another referral-driven industry is strongly preferred, but not required. 
• An existing network of relevant referral relationships is a significant plus, but not required. 

Compensation

• $60,000 annual base salary 
• Performance-based commission on eligible collected revenue 
• Additional commission opportunities for developing new referral partners 
• Bonus opportunities based on performance 

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role isn't simply making stops or collecting business cards. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their territory, consistently creates new relationships, develops those relationships into producing referral partners, and continues to grow and strengthen their book of business over time.
