*A day in the life of a Business Development / Client Engagement Rep:*
* Develop new client partnerships on a national scale by controlling all aspects of the sales cycle
* Research potential clients and leadership prospects and connect via social media
* Make outbound calls to build and penetrate relationships and sell the value of our services
* Report on weekly, monthly and quarterly performance of all sales and assess against goals
* Assist the sales team in evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
* Research and investigate new methods of content generation and distribution to promote customer traffic and interest
* Develop solid understanding of internal business systems and programs
*Desired Skills and Experience:*
* Prior sales, account executive, account management, or account development experience
* A passion for sales and the drive to be #1
* Confident phone presence
* Self-motivated
* Adaptable
* Knowledge of healthcare or recruiting is a plus
