Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-driven overachiever to join our Allstate Insurance Agency located within Oakes Auto Group!  If you love talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

This is a high-volume outbound call position, where you’ll be spending all of your day reaching out to homeowners who have inquired about insurance quotes, engaging them in conversation, and connecting them with our licensed sales team. You’ll play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most — while building a strong foundation for a rewarding career in sales and insurance.

Once you’ve consistently met your quote goals, we’ll help you earn your insurance license and promote you into our Licensed Sales Team. 

Responsibilities
