Title: Business Development Representative
Reports to: Vice President, Business Development & Clinical Outreach
Department/Location: Remote - with 75% field work in the Greater Seattle area
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary:


About the role: At Guidelight, we are on a mission to provide the highest quality behavioral health care to everyone who needs it. As the Business Development Representative, you will help us achieve this goal by connecting with providers throughout the Greater Seattle Area (including Everett and Federal Way). You will partner with other members of the Guidelight team to deliver on an efficient go-to-market strategy. This is a great opportunity for folks who are interested in a role that will allow them to learn about behavioral healthcare and a clear growth path for high performers.

Responsibilities:



  • Introduce a wide range of providers and community members to Guidelight and our programs.

  • Identify high value targets across the state.

  • Partner with leadership to craft and execute a strategic plan to efficiently connect with providers in regions to support new program launches and other key initiatives.

  • Manage initial conversations and meetings with providers and coordinate a clean pass off to other members of the team to develop relationships further.  

  • Be a valuable source of information to the community you serve, connecting people with Guidelight and other resources.  

  • Act as consultant to professionals (managed care organizations, therapists, psychiatrists, schools, health systems, and other providers) and families looking to access services  

  • Work collaboratively with admissions to ensure a seamless client experience and drive census

  • Develop a deep understanding of Guidelight’s programs and clinical differentiators.  

  • Utilize HubSpot CRM system to manage daily outreach activity.

  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.

  • Deepen relationships with existing partners.


Qualifications:



  • Must be based in the greater Seattle market.

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to travel locally for meetings with potential clinical partners.

  • Strong time management skills and the DNA of a goal-oriented self-starter.

  • Comfort with video conferencing, leading and scheduling meetings, and HubSpot

Pay Range

$65,000 - $85,000 USD
