Job Description - Business Development Representative Homecare Services

Caring Senior Service is dedicated to helping seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home. Through our GreatCare® method, we deliver quality caregivers, care solutions, and active involvement that provide peace of mind for families.

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to take ownership of business growth in Corpus Christi. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new client relationships to expand our reach and impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outreach to referral partners, networking, and community engagement.
  • Convert leads into clients by delivering strong presentations, conducting consultations, and closing agreements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, following up, and closing.
  • Maintain an active presence with referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities, senior centers, and veteran organizations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while tracking progress in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the local office team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and closing deals, ideally in healthcare, senior care, or related services.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with confidence in one-on-one and group presentations.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Corpus Christi healthcare and senior services landscape is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
